Free tells you there's a problem

Pro tells you what the problem is
- Each of those 14 gaps, named in a sentence you can read out to your child.

What's the real difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro names every gap; Premium runs the sessions that close them. On Pro you read "confuses series and parallel resistance", and it's on you and your child to act on it — with unlimited Retry Practice, and a finished chapter that comes back for re-checking on its own. On Premium the app builds the session itself: Re-Test Misunderstandings assembles what your child is worst at across chapters, rather than re-running a chapter they have already finished. Premium also records how sure your child was before each answer, so a lucky guess never reads as mastery in your reports.
What happens when my plan expires?
On 31 March, whenever you bought it — plans are sold by the school year, which is why you pay only for the months left when you join mid-year. It simply stops then, and your account falls back to the free plan. Nothing is charged automatically. Your child's history, mastery record and closed gaps are all kept — if you come back six months later, nothing has been lost.
Can two children share one plan?
Not a one-child plan, no — the whole product is built around one child's individual gap history, and sharing a profile would give you a blurred average of two children and help neither. Choose Family above and each child gets their own chapters, gaps and mastery tracking under a single parent login. On Pro that works out to ₹450 a year for each additional child; on Premium, ₹900. Children can be in different classes, and you switch between them without logging out.
Why isn't there a one-subject Family plan?
Because we've never seen a household where it helps. Three children rarely study the same single subject, so a one-subject Family plan would be bought once and regretted immediately. A Family plan therefore always covers every subject — and at three children it is the cheapest per-child price we offer.
What does "every subject" actually cover?
Every subject we teach for your child's class, and no more: Maths and Science in classes 6–10; Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 11–12. A one-subject plan is your pick of whichever of those applies. State boards and further subjects are on the roadmap — please don't buy a paid plan on the assumption they'll arrive during your term.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking, through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Because there's no auto-renewal, we don't keep a payment mandate on file either — each purchase is a one-time payment you make deliberately, covering the months from your purchase to 31 March.
Prices in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Every paid plan is billed once and ends on 31 March: joining mid-year you pay the monthly share for the months left, and the struck-through figure is the full-year price. Monthly figures are the amount payable divided by the months it covers.
